I’m an experienced Counsellor and Supervisor with over 20 years of varied counselling and supervision practice. 

Having spent 13 years at the frontline with the HSE, I decided to establish my own private practice.

As part of a multidisciplinary group of practitioners I ensure that very client’s holistic needs are met. I believe that life is never simple but it can always be made better!

I am compassionate and non-judgemental and offer a safe space in which you can feel comfortable to speak openly.

I work with clients from all walks of life and operate a LGBTQIA+ friendly practice.
